How to build a display case for a WWE Title Belt

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Whats up Wild Ones?? Today we are building a display case for my WWE Title Belt!! I looked for other options for a display case online and just didn't like anything else, so I knew I had to do it myself. Really excited on how this turned out, and you can take the principles of this build and apply it to whatever else you are looking to display!

This case was executed with excellence and this build looks to be the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.

Nicely done! I'm gonna build one for a Toronto Maple Leafs (don't laugh) Championship Belt that I just ordered. Hopefully it turns out almost as nice as yours did!

Looks outstanding brother. You should consider making these cases for others. I'd definitely buy a few of them. I'm old school NWA belt type person but the attention to detail you put into making that display is awesome.

Hey Henry, I really appreciate that! I've definitely thought of building them for people, but they would end up being prohibitively expensive, to build AND ship. The real problem is the sheets of lexan are crazy expensive! I'm not sure many people would be willing to pay as much for the case as they did the belt plus shipping.

@@wildrosediy7058these display cases are exactly what’s needed speaking for myself & a lot of friends. Nobody really wants a small box where the belt has to wrap around & obscure the male/female snaps.

I agree, there's a company selling "cheap ones" that are just long gun cases for close to 250$. And those cases, don't fit my big gold belt so I've decided to make my own. A little different than yours but thanks for some great ideas

You guys should put a list of tools down in the bottom so people can buy them. Might even be able to start linking to companies that give you a kickback. But it would help the new to DYI people get the necessary things for the job.

Great job! how much would something like that cost? I want the exact same thing but without the detailed wood backing. I would put felt down for the back.

The most expensive part is tracking down the Plexiglas, I was able to find a 4' x 5' sheet on a local classified site for $80. The rest of the wood is fairly cheap, under $50.

Initially I was going to use felt on the back, but the herringbone pattern was something different and fit in with my tiny house better.
