WOW... I wish it could be this easy for us if our church didnt have to worry about running so much plumbing, electrical lines, and all that other stuff and then run it by the city code inspectors ugh etc, but anyways God is good!

It’s very long lasting. The foundation is prepared beforehand. The walls are brick and mortar, with additional concrete (earthquake) u-beams throughout.

It depends on location, cost of supplies, how the roof is built, etc. In general $15,000-$20,000.
