I like it Jordan. It's a telescoping suspension bridge design (super cool), and the chain and gear system you can tighten in place - excellent - and using the golf cart transport system as the counter weights? Brilliant and inspired - No doubt about it what so ever.

Hey awesome build idea, I love how you made the poles slide into each other with the snaps to secure them! The use of the bicycle gears and chain to keep the camera level, and be able to adjust it is super clever and really makes this rig a lot smaller than other rigs that utilize 2-3 arms to turn the camera. I love it!

i really like the bicycle gear idea for the tilt, although i was disappointed you didnt show any test shots using that function. i wanted to see if it would be a smooth tilt. nice work though!

I'd put a counterweight on that if I were you, just in case you lose your grip on the back, your camera won't come crashing down.. otherwise epic build! good job!

Truly an awesome build! Just looking around KZread this looks to be the best design I have found. Two questions for you, when you did your test shots, how did you keep the camera level while tilting up? Second, would you be able to list all the parts you used? Thank you very much for a great vid!

needs a sliding counter balance and you should go with the 3:1 gears(cogs) for smoother pivoting. NEXT TIME THING LOKS LIKE A FOCUS RIG... now if you can study how to apply a belt to your pants they will stay up on their own.

Dude, he's pretty much shown you how it's made, if you can't create a version close to this by sight, you won't be able read the blueprints. Have a go at it, I'm gonna try to make it when i've got the time.

Hello. I watched your work with great pleasure. You have managed to produce an apparatus that would normally have very high costs with very rational solutions. And I have to admit that this work is very inspiring. I want to do the same work. Is it possible for you to share the diameter of the metal profiles you use and the properties of other materials with me? Thank you in advance for your interest.

Or at least where you got yours at? Plus how much did the monitor run you? Im highly invested in getting my own equipment because equipment is so expensive here in LA lol Great video by the way!
