We live in Oklahoma and my father in law got block skirting on his. But his went even with the edge of the trailer. It looks so much nicer than vinyl skirting. You did a good job 👍✌️

Nice as always! There are some stone shops near by that they get some left over powder from the cantera stone they work and cut. I Wonder if that cantera powder (pinkish-orangy) could be used instead of the color used for the concrete. I will consider making a test with it.

Approximately what does this cost? I k ow it depends on the size of the home, was just wondering if a ballpark figure. It looks beautiful and I’d like to have it for my home. The stupid vinyl crap looks awful.
great job but I usually get the cinder blocks flush with the walls, but also anchor the walls to the new cinder block foundation, I know it is pretty tedious work but way better results to keep rain water sliding down and out of the house, and a mobile home sitting on actual foundations, and adhered to the block, it gets pretty price for my clients, but well worth the price in my opinion.

So why was he knocking the inside middle parts of the blocks out? Is that to lock everything together w the mortar fill up? Thanks. Always enjoy your videos

FYI, on most manufactured homes, the outside perimeter should be shored with framing at a minimum of two feet on center, even with the homes steel beam cantilevers those exterior walls carry 25% of the homes overall weight.

Quick question, I have a double wide mobile home and want to replace the cinder block for new once since the old one was not install properly. I made a few calls and the price they gave me was $8,700 to install new cinder block, materials and labor included. Is that about how much it cost?
