1. You created a hole in the metal roof without placing a rubber flange on the roof. It doesn’t belong on top of the wood. I expect rain to eventually seep through. 2. The bottom of your roof ladder appears unstable on that wood block. I’d surround that with a good bunch of cement. 3. Where are your cross braces under your house so that the structure doesn’t move off those small pillars? Minimizes chances of house destabilizing. You should think about how to tie your home down as it’s on stilts and ON PILLARS.

The view of the surrounding area from the balcony railing looks very nice. I think it would be especially useful for drying crops, etc.

I agree about using it for drying vegetables. I do not think it should be used as a living area. Frequent use as a living area can weaken those smaller dimension rafters causing the roof to sage.

i do hope there won't be a watertrap on your roof now since you've installed a railing there. If there are puddles of water on your roof next time it rains, prepare some drainage holes in the wood piece you've secured to the roof for the railing so the water can drain properly of your roof. otherwise it's a hazard for a leaky roof since it's punctured to secure the railing. Good job's you've done again, and man i'm really jealous of your dish that looked so yummy, and i bet it was. ever had grilled eggplant, covered in a bit of (olive)oil with some pepper and salt, also very yummy

I expected to see you build a deck or terrace off the back side of your house, not do this. A deck or terrace can eventually turn into another room on the house, plus create another living area or storage area underneath.

Nice job on the balcony but one comment please. A heavy rain will add great weight on the roof so you should cut an opening on the bottom plate.Do that before the next heavy rain. Just saying...... OK

Hi there my dear here again with a little idea next tuke you working with wood and building something it will be so much easier and efficient if you paint all the wood after cutting and sanding it this way you can paint all the wood around and once you put it together is done and you don't have to be in Hightstown is dangerous to do that alone looks amazing sweetie and if you planning to use the balcony to dry crops I suggest you to do a lifting arm will ne so beneficial for you and so friendly to your back and security

On the front lower railing, you should of put a half inch space between the railing an the roof, so the rain will flo through. Otherwise you're doing a great job 👍

Через некоторое время щели под перилами забъются разным мусором, и после хорошего ливня на крыше получится бассейн. Потом вода пойдёт под железо и намочит фанеру. Нужно исправлять ситуацию сразу. И если строить надёжно и надолго, то обязательно нужно красить.

Make sure you put cuttouts in the front base railing, so water can run freely off the roof. You don't want it trapped up there.

Boa tarde 😁 boa idéia da varanda suspensa terá várias utilidades. Mas como muitos observaram, ainda está instável, a escada e perigosa. Ao cercar a base da varanda com madeira, em cima do telhado, faltou áreas para drenagem. Quando chover forte, a agua vai acumular e apodrecer a madeira rapidamente, com a alta umidade daí... Your meals looks delicious! : ) Thats an interesting way to prepare the eggplant. So you minced pork with a lot of fat content? Curious… What did you do with the “intestines” (lol) that you cut out of each circle of eggplant? : ) The base where you have you very steep stairs set-up does not look very stable. The bottom of those stairs is just barely on that wood 4x4 base on the ground. This should have also been a concrete pad with the bottom of the stairs anchored to it.

I would call the mustard greens brined. I haven't made them, but I have made cabbage, beets and onions. I like small onions done that way, ones that are 25 to 30 mm,

Neo nửa dưới của chúng vào các trụ chính của hiên nhà. LONGER screws please, to attach the bottom piece of the railing to the roof. About safety: make the posts along the front of this upper porch as long BELOW the roof as ABOVE it. Anchor the bottom half of them to the main posts of the porch.

May I ask what did you stuff the eggplant with... it looked so good.... I love eggplant, and it's easy to cook. boil eggplant that you have cut up... boil with little water and salt let cook until soft , drain water add butter and a good cheese , i use an italian cheese.... 😊😊😊 is so good
