    I was helping a friend build his first offset out of pipe, when we cut out the door with a torch the door bowed out and we were wondering how to avoid that problem, thanks for the tip for next time 👍🏽

    I live in Pearland, TX and I passed by one of my favorite BBQ joints (KILLEN's BBQ), and I pointed out to my buddy, "look at that big ass smoker under the pavillion there. That is new.". Well, this is the smoker I saw 2 weeks ago. Awesome rig. Love the patina and I hope he doesn't paint it.

    So I was watching the video and noticed Mike was wearing a Backline hat and was confused cause I thought he is Cen Tex. Then it cuts to a new scene and he was wearing an El Cucaracha hat. Love that the smoker builders are supporting one another like the BBQ guys that use the pits do.

    My first view of a Cen Tex smoker, and I have to say this is the nicest smoker I've EVER seen. And I've seen a lot of them. I would say that Sonny Moberg better pay attention to these guys, and probably should up his game and not just rest on his past reputation. These pits are nicer than his. Period.

    In Texas a lot of restaurants keep smoke under a canopy or nothing at all. Rules and regulations vary in each county some are more restrictive some less. On my experience in Europe are more restrictions the health department most likely won’t allow you to keep it under a canopy…

    They can be found at either a steel supply or online. They are called butt weld elbows and reducers.
