How to build a 110cc drift trike from scratch
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video you see me building a DIY 110cc drift trike. After seeing some videos of other builds online I wanted to build my own version. And I am very happy with the result. It looks cool and drives very well.
The motor I used is from a small 110cc ATV, front fork comes from a Honda CBR 600 and the rear axle is from a child size kart.
The motor has plenty of power for this application. As you can see in the video it's a lot of fun to drive, but we still need a lot of practice :).
Chapters:
0:00 - intro
0:10 - building the rear axle
2:54 - building the frame
10:29 - welding everything out
11:04 - final assembly
12:17 - first start
13:11 - presentation if the finished project
14:06 - testdrive

Acho que o Leandro Torneiro vai construir algo parecido

Great Video! It actually was not what I was looking for but I just clicked on it from the suggested videos because the one about to auto play was not even close to what type of content I was looking for. I was actually looking to see if anyone had put a motor kit on one of those recumbent trikes that you sit and pedal in front of you no luck yet ,but even though your video wasn't what I needed I ended up hanging out and watching the whole thing because it was my kind of how to without endless amounts of talking and useless information plus it was sped up where it was obvious what needed to be done just multiple times and it was played at normal speed including showing fit up and checking your dimensions or angles or just overall fit showing it takes a little bump here or tweak there you didn't edit the fir to make you look like a fit up God who just does everything to exact precision and fit with your eyes closed. I also have one question or request or need more info about your custom tube bender. Did you find prints for that somewhere or if you designed it do you sell prints of your setup because I'd love to duplicate that if possible it looks perfect for the small amount of bending I'd like to do and your bender is sweet I have no notes at all so if you could point me in the direction of where you found that or possibly have prints that you would sell I'd very much be interested in getting my hands on them. great vid again and I plan on watching more of your stuff and I subscribed to keep up with your future creations.😎😎😎💯💯💯🦾🦾🦾🔥🔥🔥

Thanks for your support. I have no plans, I just build as I go.
Great project and very well done construction. But please be so kind and wear a helmet during test-drive. Just because the community want to see more projects of you...😅😅
👏
Parabéns pela iniciativa. Por propósito, você vende esses projetos?? TAKE MY MONEY.
awesome trike but your gear ratio is too slow, I would recomend you to put a 25 thooth sprocket and a 19 thooth front sprocket.
Awesome build! Gonna give it a go myself. Do you have a list of parts or sites that you ordered from? Also, what did you use for pipe? OD, wall thickness, length of pipe? Can’t wait to see where this goes lol

Pipe is 35mm with 2mm wall. It's plenty strong. I bought most parts second hand. drift sleeves, gas tank and seat I ordered from aliexpress. Good luck👍
a skid plate between The engine and seat would be Proper use

Ola, falo do Brasil, eu tenho uma dúvida para um com dois lugares voce me recomenda o motor na traseira ou em baixo do quadro. Aonde daria melhor dirigibilidade. Obrigado

If you need blueprints on something as simple as this you probably should leave building the frame to a qualified fabricator!
How long does your PVC last?

Not so long, in the meantime 1 already exploded😏. But I think if you drive it on a smoother surface they will last a lot longer
