HOW TO BREW A COLD DRIP COFFEE?

In this summer period, we present you with two methods for making a cold drip coffee extraction using the pour over method. You'll need to be patient, but the result is well worth the effort.
This is the Japanese cold brew, which requires the following ingredients:
- 26 g coffee
- 150 g water
- 150 g ice cubes
- A scale
- A gooseneck kettle
- A grinder
- A V60
- A suitable filter
And for the second method, the cold drip, you'll need :
- 25 g coffee
- 250 g ice cubes
- A scale
- A gooseneck kettle
- A grinder
- Dripper or chemex
- A suitable filter
Serve your drink in a glass filled with ice cubes, and enjoy!
