Fantastic video- lively (but not distracting) music, CLEAR instructions, wow! Just wish we could have seen the final products more clearly!

This is possibly one of the best "How To" videos I have seen on You Tube, let alone challah braiding video. The directions are very clear, and the music is so cute! This should be a go to video for everyone before Rosh Hashanah.

This is so awesome!!! I am definitely going to make the braided round one (I don't think I can make the very complicated long traditional challah). These look easy enough to make and very pretty, too. Thank you ever so kindly for posting the recipe.

I LOVE the video showing how to braid round challahs for yom tov!!!But I also very much LOVE the music accompanying it!!! When I felt my energy flagging after hours and hours in the kitchen, I just listened to the perky music of the video after I had already made the challahs. Please give credit to the person responsible for the lilting melody and the performance. Thank you, thank you, thank you--Emily Rabinowitz

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in Ontario, I've taken to making my own challah, have a recipe for the dough and have been observing how to braid the loaves. My mother in law seems to think that I should go to a Jewish Bakery, because they really know how to bake, that being said, with the restrictions that is not possible, and have have to really go out of my way a long distance to get to an authentic Jewish bakery...and who knows when I get there whether the store will be open or have any stock to buy...So, this morning I am down to make my own challah, and I haven't liked the quality of store-bought challah I can get around where I live...so its about time I make my own.
