The control board for that model is part number 12010638.
Excellent video. Unfortunately replacing the Main Control board did fix the problem. Water still runs warm. Brand new, the Bosch would produce steam at the end of the cycle. No longer does that. Cleaning is just not consistent. Can you share the next step?

Did you see the tab that you may need to push on to release it from the machine?
How do I change those wires? That’s what I’m trying to do.

What is the model number of your dishwasher?
I wouldn't pull out the individual wire harnesses, the whole plug should be removed as whole to prevent mixing up of wiring
