How to Book Grab e-Hailing at NAIA Manila Airport in the Philippines

After Collecting your baggage, if you have checked luggage, head to Customs and exit to the arrival hall at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL)
0:09 - You need internet access to use the Grab e-hailing app.
The airport provides free Wi-Fi but it is highly recommended to use mobile data.
You'll find kiosks and stores in the arrival hall of each terminal where you can buy a SIM plan to activate mobile data.
You can use the grab app right away.
0:29 - Payment Method
You can use Grab eWallet to pay, but it only holds Philippine Pesos. Alternatively, you can set the payment method to a payment card.
0:39 - Book a Ride
Set your Pickup and 'Where to' location. The airport has designated Grab pickup points. The app should automatically detect your location, but you can manually adjust it if needed.
Make sure you have selected the right terminal and the arrival bay number.
Enter Destination in the Where to field.
Review the fare and type of ride depending on the number of passengers and luggage.
Confirm the booking when you are satisfied with the information.
1:16 - Wait for the Driver at the pick up area.
You will receive driver details, including the car model, plate number, and estimated arrival time.
Once your ride arrives, verify the car details before getting into the vehicle.
Payment is handled through the app.

You don't need the app - so you don't need data. Go to the Grab kiosk/counter outside. Tell the Grab counter staff and they will book a car for you.
