I love pizza we have a mom and pop place in Phelps, KY . The name is Pauls pizza. I've eaten pizza from NJ to SC . They are one of the best I've ever had. They've been in business since the 1970s .

The sauce will cook when you bake the pizza, so not typically.

Tomato and salt! That sauce is too bland. It has to have basil, thyme, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, sugar, pepper, hot chili paste, olive oil.

Baltimore.... I don't think so scooter... Vine ripened sauce... At least you got the peeled part right. Hope your pizza dough is good. I'll give you that one. Most pizzas south and west of New York or Jersey suck. Don't get me started on the south... So bad your gonna wash your mouth out.

OH MY GOSH... Apparently you do NOT work in a Restaurant.... I have worked for over 50 years... WASH YOUR HANDS... Gloves is fine... but a lot of people that wear gloves assume the Gloves do not get dirty... You can't wash gloves... and they WEAR them too long... and they get dirty... WASH YOUR HANDS all the time... HEAT KILLS GERMS...
