Damping the shirt is OK but the bleach will leach and spread resulting in fuzzier edges.

Why would it matter anyway? Assuming the toilet floor is clean, and the shirt goes through the wash afterwards, there is no difference to any other floor. There's probably more poop particles on your phone screen
