Love the bezel and would I love to make it some day. For me, it's going to take a lot of practice learning CRAW first. Thanks Tereza, your bezel is beautiful!

This is such a beautiful project. I'm afraid, right now, it is way beyond my stitching experience. Up until now, I've only done one long section of CRAW--never tried to make a turn, so it's a bit intimidating. Thanks, Tereza, for sharing this lovely design with us

Sue you can do this ...just of the turn as starting on the green beads on the side ...take a few minutes to look for the four beads ...then turn it to face you...continue as normal ...you can do it !

Beautiful! 😍 thank you for sharing! Do you think it would be possible to use craw to bezel a 10x14 or 13x18mm pear fancy stone?

Yes, absolutely! I have done it using the same method of CRAW and Peyote. I ended up with 21 boxes in total. I did 19 boxes of CRAW. Then for the 20th, I made a slight "turn" to end up with a "V" shape. Then after that box, I connected with the rest of the CRAW to close it. Then I did a couple of rows of Peyote in the "inside" of the piece so that the crystal will fit in without slipping.

@@Potomacbeadco thank you for the info! I tried it with a 13x18mm pear stone and got 19 units (toho 11/0s) around it but it seems a bit loose. I'm going to try your numbers with miyuki.

I would love to do this but it's way too fast for me. Tutorials are not the same anymore , too fast and skipping a lot to get finished fast. But still I love the video. Thank you.

I think the demo would have been a better tutorial if you had used large beads for a lesson before moving into smaller.

You probably need to learn CRAW first if you've never done it before. Step by step! 😜

Hi Susan, CRAW can be complicated if you've never done it before. Look for CRAW tutorials for beginners and that will make it easier to understand.
