45-year retired steamfitter here who has bent, bowed, twisted, shaped, stretched & tweaked all kinds of steel and still do in retirement with hobby projects. But, I have never tried bending angle although I did have a need on occasion but did not think it was feasible without some fancy expensive equipment. I can now add this technique to my mental data base should the need arise again. Thank you, sir. Nice video work too.

Did you ever take one that was bent and straighten it out?
@simpleagain1
Жыл бұрын
@@cletusspucklerstablejeaniu1059 -yes that is my question too. Does steel lose its temper once bent or can it be re-bent to straighten it out. Also was this steel heated before bending or bent cold?
I probably shouldn’t be, but I can’t help but bu surprised by all the negative comments. Mr Fab2Ku has demonstrated a clever and effective way to accomplish a useful operation without expensive machinery. Thank you sir, I look forward to seeing more of your work!
