hi, to be honest, I reflect myself in what you say, and I want to remind you that in this video I decided to give advice regarding school and studying, but this does not mean that I am a perfect student and that I never have moments where the only thing I want to do is cry. In fact, sometimes I feel like I work for hours and hours, but that there will always be someone better than me, who achieves better results with much less effort. However, I realized that everything I have done throughout my life has been for something, and that my efforts have not been in vain. I also recommend meditation before starting to study for people who cant focus. It really helps with drifting to thinking about whatever you were looking at your phone before studying problem

Hi! In the video I suggested to not study in bed because I personally think that you should have a location that’s only dedicated to studying, but remember that you should always do what works for yourself personally. If you don’t have a desk you could maybe use the kitchen table, but if you don’t have the possibility to study in places like those, I suggest you to buy one of those little tables that you can put on your bed, so that you can at least have a flat space where to put books and stationery. Those tables are pretty cheap, you can find them on Amazon for about 20$ or less, but you can also buy them in stores such as Primark and IKEA. If you don’t like outdoor places because you think they are noisy you can go to a library, or maybe if you have a friend you can sometimes ask them if you can study together, maybe they have a desk at their house. Anyways, I hope these advices were helpful, but if you need any help, don’t hesitate to ask me❤️❤️keep going, you are very strong🫶🏼
