Divine Femininity 101: Refueling your Sacral Chakra. 1. Be secure within yourself financially or refrain from dating someone who you causes financial strain. 2. Don’t become overly competitive, especially with men (unless that’s what makes you feel fulfilled in life). 3. Don’t have multiple sexual partners. 4. Drink water and eat more water dense foods. 5. Keep your muscles tight, i.e. Kegels. 6. Find a hobby that engages your creativity like sensual dancing. 7. Meditate. Structured: (Timed or Guided) or Active: (Complete focus doing things you love) 8. Invest in healthy self pampering. 9. Pray; Become centered spiritually. 10. Be more “agreeable” and receptive. Don’t challenge everything.

ways to improve sacral chakra (for my own reference in future): 1. stay hydrated (water, fruits) 2. creative hobby/work 3. be in the moment (feel the things around you, your body, the nature) 4. self-respect 5. faith (spiritual practices that remove your fear) 6.. orange coloured clothings 7. feel inner joy 8. act from a feminine energy for at least more than 50% of the time (receptive, agreeable)

There is a certain level of attractiveness where women are approached less because they achieved an almost Goddess status in men's minds. This unfortunate because only men with abnormal social skills will approach her. Therefore she ends up only getting approached by creeps.(or extremely nervous men) Luckily if you are in the 10 out of 10 attractiveness range there are Alpha's out there who are not intimidated by it. They are very rare though. Good luck. And don't feel bad for having a well developed "Ice Queen" persona. It's a normal defense mechanism developed early on by attractive women. Just figure out when it's okay to tone it down. When it's time to flirt us men don't want to feel like it's D-Day and we just hit the Normandy beach.

The 1 thing men are most obsessed with is not what you think. It’s an elusive combination of emotion and biological drive that is very rarely satisfied in life or love. When a women can satisfy this obsession, a man will please and pursue her to the ends of the earth. *4WhatHeWants. Com*

This video actually changed my life! I watched this about a year ago when I was really struggling and going through a depression. And when I first watched I tried to push it out of my mind because I heard that opening chakras was a bad thing but the information was so good and so truthful that it stuck with me! Somehow over the past year I began meditating and balancing my chakras. I feel like a brand new person my income is constantly increasing, I am much more confident and I moved to the west coast. I don’t really want to date at the moment but I have no problem attracting men. Thanks for this info!!! So inspired🤗

+Rohan Shinde How is it equal when the woman pays for everything while the man sits around?! I'm sorry, but I hate that snarky response so much. I've seen women in my family literally take care of a bum. He doesn't even contribute HALF or a FRACTION. There was a guy who only got $200 and lived with my cousin and her daughter. Instead of at least putting it towards the rent, buying diapers, or groceries, he decided to buy clothes and shoes for HIMSELF. There is a no equality with that. If you think that should be normal, then you're sadistic.

This is described in islamic hadith. It’s said that the 2 shakra (in arabic called Rahma) came crying to God, because it felt fragile and needed to be protected. Allah(swt) then placed it where He felt was the most sacred place he could think of, which was in the womb of a woman. It also ties to why men in Islam have a main role as a provider. It’s said that what a woman earns in Islam is hers, but what a man earns has to be shared and used for stability of the family. Any man who can’t fulfill a woman or hurts a woman, will unintentionally hurt the Rahma and God has said that a man who does this will never experience joy. This hadith was written over 1400 years ago. And there is so much about sprituality and astrology and science that match it. Crazy

God bless you. You're right. The ancients knew this for thousands of years. This is the way of life. The flow of life. The flow of life has been blocked by narrow and rigid and dogmatic ideologies. A "feminist" was complaining that her yoga class was making her joyful and peaceful and accepting when she thought it her "duty" to be upset and angry and fight against "patriarchy". Everyone should reach their full potential - men and women - and we can do this better working together - exchanging positive, uplifting energy, a virtuous circle - rather than fighting each other and trying to tear each other down - a vicious cycle. Men should stand up to be providers. Women should flower. A new generation of happy, balanced children. Listen to Mother Nature. She does not lie. She has no ideology. Only love.

Thank You Lada, you opened my eyes with this video. I'm successful and smart and good looking woman but I allways strugled in my love life, strugled with finding and keeping a high quality masculine man. And when I watched this video I discovered why so I just "turned myself" from first and third chakra (in which I was being) into second chakra, it went so naturally for me. And after that happened inside me, I just find and atracted a perfect man for myself, almost instantly (within 1-2 month) like he was waiting for me all the time (waiting for me to get myself so I can trully be with him). And now we are in a beautifull relationship for more than a half of year, and planning our wedding next year, so thank you so so so much for sharing all these info in this video!!!

this video was beyond great. I didn't want it to end. I definitely relate to blocking my own energies and acting like nothing bothers me and feeling numb which does repell men for sure because my energy is stuck and stubborn and not flowing. the fact that the flow between male and female energies works with the chakras is such an intriguing concept and you explained it beautifully! I can't even explain how helpful this was , changed the way I think of energy balancing.

The problem is, that if someone is not attracted to you, or worse, if there is anything about you that turns them off, there is nothing you can do to change that. Instead, remember that no matter who you are, or what you look like, there are some people who are attracted to you. What you have to do, is figure out how to spot them, and pick a mate from those who are already interested in you.

I didn't get a chance to listen to it all because I'm on lunch break but you made excellent points in your presentation. recently I heard a group of African American men talking about how the African American women are manly. and when you mentioned that if a woman is worrying about financial stability, food, necessities , and survival then she can't relax and fully be that feminine woman that a man is seeking. and it goes for all races I just said blacks because that's who were having the convo. it was actually a black doctor and a black environmental service manager at the hospital on break that said this and I just happened to over hear it...there was more to the convo but this was the part that igged me a little... in black women and other women's defense who are primary bread winners and single parents or poor and struggling it's hard to step back and take a back seat in life if you don't have security. I like how your friend made security for herself so that she wasn't scared and desperate. you gave alot of good advice in the first 15 minutes of the vide...I'll have to finish it later

be proud of your masculine energy I am. there is nothing wrong with success in a woman. the problem wis finding a man who is willing to 'give' and 'invest' knowing FIRST,knowing he is giving and investing in HIMSELF as well in the end. your goal should be an empire find a man to do that or shows you he can. just because he's high profile high earning doesn't mean he doesn't want to control you to feed only HIS EGO. if he has no interest in your success he will just trap and drain you. a giving man no matter the financial status always sees a return in life. if he can't feed my ego as well he can get gone. nothing wrong with you just use your freedom to attract men who desire and want to protect and INVEST FIRST before taking. I see now why spice girls song if you wanna be my lover was so popular "taking" really is too easy with men and they'll take take take until YOU are dry

This is the most accurate and interesting video I have seen so far.. I used to be a very feminine woman but right now I'm stuck in many things related to my present and future and I have been noticing a major depletion in my femininity... Though I plan to do all those things like walking, having hobbies etc without even knowing that it will replenish my femininity... but this video so far has the best explanations and a total eye opener about masculine and feminine energies attractions and repelling... thank you so very much for that. GOD bless you :)

In support of this, I have never seen heard or felt that a woman's "hard hitting" career made her more attractive. Usually we assume there is something wrong if a woman wants to compete in a masculine way. It is the fastest way to get friendzoned by all the guys. The hottest thing is seeing a woman being happy as she helps someone else. (Especially small children) So instantly feminine that you can't help but watch. The response to seeing a woman who's comfortable and happily feminine, is feeling like you want to go out and win the world for her. It complements our male energy perfectly.

So well explained! I am so happy to have found this video on the first full moon of year 2020. My goal is to be married to a sole provider/ protector. I was in a relationship with a male who I had to be the bread. It was really draining plus I had children with him. I left him because it became a turn off magically haha. 2020, I am on my feminine journey to attract the right man in my life

This is amazing information Lada :) Your explanations brought so much clarity with my experiences in the universe. Financial lack and worry does drain on feminine energy (experienced that in the past) and have found that building spiritual faith and trust in moment (especially being in nature makes me feel so much more divine feminine while also builds my spirituality) fills my feminine cup. Love this to the moon and back..hehe~ :) Thank you so much for all your illuminating and empowering information!!

This video is ssooooooo amazing I'm making brazilian subtitles to it so my mom can watch (and obviously, you may add them here!) It's quite impressive to see how this relates to her problems! She was very young when she got pregnant and had to raise me as a single mom, she didnt finish her studies and always had low paying jobs, so she always struggled to survive (weak 1st chakra). But above all of this she managed to get her her own business and gave me the best education possible and bought our home, but still, she keep struggling because she lost all control of her life towards work and surviving, all these struggling years she lost taste to all good things in life, she has no hobbies, no interests, no side activities. I never know what to buy her as a gift, she likes NOTHING! So the result of this all is that she's been fighting cysts in her ovaries and hemorrhages for around 10 years and can't loose weight. She HATES herself to the point of attracting the worst kind of men and letting them be with other women bcuz "thats the nature of men and she knows she isnt good enough" (not to mention that these strong hard working women attract WEAK men, who want to use her assests like its theirs too). She's constantly stressed, depressed and me being an empath, sufers too. So women, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, WORK THAT SACRAL CHAKRA OUT!!! Unless you wanna have a f*cked up health and live day by day as a zombie at only 43 and make your kid completely unhappy about your situation and feeling guilty, do something abt your life girls!!!

OMG! This was awesome! I've been watching a thousand relationship coach videos and this puts all the truths I've learned into a deeper understanding of it all and it's finally clicked. Like somehow both learning these truths cognitively as well as spiritually go hand in hand to understand myself and my relationships. I loved listening to you as well and your accent is beautiful and so are you. I am completely inspired in my life for this not only from a broken heart but also from a newfound hope as well. You've taught me so much!!! Thank you a thousand times!

most people are not listerning up to the end.then they will say what the lady is saying. you can develop your sacreal chakra. so true because when i loss my husband i was unemployed and had a 9yr old son. lost the main income . had a dream where my spiritual master told me to work on my faith. if not i would suffer. so true if you on survival is to work on your faith most most powerfull tool. therefore all this makes sense. i also felt not the time to look for a man if i have not empowered myself first in money and emotional. now i am.out of survival mode and am spoiling myself . yes i see all this makes perfect sense. you a wonderfull inspiring and exceptional lady. thank you for sharing God bless and peace to you.
