I finished watching this video of yours today. I recently subscribed to your channel. I am very passionate about learning English. I am studying English at a training center called "Cambridge" in my country. I found you to be a person who gives interesting advice and knowledge in English on KZread. The topic of your issue is very important to me because I have difficulty in making sentences and speaking in English. The most proven way to improve English speaking skills is English and talking to someone who is more knowledgeable than you is definitely what other advice can you give about this. Thanks in advance for your advice.

As someone who's comfortable in 9 languages I submit that the ONLY way to become fluent "fast" is by devoting no less than three hours a day for at least six months. It obviously helps if you have the luxury of staying in a part of the world where your target language is spoken.

@@shahrizuanosman3655 everyone has their own best learning method. Personally I like to immerse myself and begin writing messages in the target language. My first, halting video call after about 2-3 weeks. At the beginning I only concern myself with the present tense. I'm teaching myself Spanish at the moment and it took me a year before I found it necessary to learn the subjunctive mood.

Watching videos about different stuff in English (daily conversation: movies for example, science, other random videos about something interesting for me). 2. in brief: The video discusses techniques and strategies for effective language learning. 1. **Introduction**: Veronika introduces the topic by mentioning a book she recently read called "Fluent Forever" by Gabriel Wyner. This book has significantly influenced her approach to language learning. 2. **Key Techniques from Fluent Forever**: - **Listening for Rhythm and Sounds**: Importance of mastering the accent and sounds of a language. Accents can be a gesture of empathy and can make communication smoother. - **Using a Spaced Repetition System (SRS)**: Emphasizes the importance of timing in memorization. Overlearning or cramming isn't effective. Instead, using SRS tools like Anki can help in active recall and better memorization. - **Connecting Words to Images**: Creating personal connections with words can help in better retention. For instance, associating the word 'house' with a personal memory or image can make it more memorable. - **Learning Like Kids**: Kids have a natural progression when learning languages. For instance, they might use simpler forms of verbs before they use more complex structures. Emulating this can make learning more intuitive. 3. **QuillBot**: Veronika introduces QuillBot, a tool that helps in paraphrasing, grammar checking, and translation. She demonstrates its features and how it can be beneficial for non-native English speakers. 4. **Personal Experience with Anki**: Veronika shares her personal experience with Anki, a popular SRS tool. She emphasizes how it helped her during her college days when she was studying the Chinese language. 5. **Conclusion**: Veronika concludes by encouraging viewers to give language learning life and to approach it with passion and dedication. Throughout the video, Veronika also shares personal anecdotes, tips, and insights that she has gained from her own language learning journey.

Good morning, Veronika! This is Jason Rodríguez from Caracas, Venezuela. I had a lot of fun watching your vídeo on how to become fluent in any language quickly. For those who might be interested in reading the book by Gabriel Wymer, it's available on PDF format. I'll start reading it. Thanks for sharing the information with us. May The Lord bless You!

Thanks in advance for your advice.

keeping in mind im not a native english speaker my advice to you is to try being more flexible with the language. the only thing i noticed when reading this comment is that it sounds a bit rigid. a great way to sound comfortable in the language is to watch movies/read books in your target language! hope that helps:)

Hi Veronika. How are you? I like your you tube channel and your English pronunciation. Your voice look like a native speaker. Can you advise me? Where can i watch film or cartoon? My English level is b1 and i am 14 years old. I want to speak English as you. I watch your Engish video day by day.
