If I create and post a portfolio using a software tool(unlicensed), and make it public in linkedin, does it create any issue for using unlicensed. Can anyone clarify this?

You definitely should have basic knowledge and understanding of Mechanics of Solid and Material Science. Thermodynamics can help too.
