OET or IELTS have two years validity but OSCE and CBT are valid for 5 years

PNC takes time to process your application ….it’s different for every individual , some of them get response in a matter of some days

It should be allowed by PNC.... But I guess they won't.... Write an email to PNC. But for getting job you definitely need a home country nurse license to work any other country.

After passing cbt you start finding an employer who can sponsor you for osce and job contact

I m afraid, you cannot become a Nurse with your current qualifications though you can be a carer, support worker or nurse assistant which also can help you getting sponsorship. There are plenty of jobs also available for graduates of environmental sciences but you need to search them on a right platformin uk like linked in, total jobs, Gumtree, indeed etc.

You can apply for passport after around 5 years . You can call apply visa for dependents same year you start working, they do not need ielts but the basic language to communicate.
