Yes, you still need PTE or IELTS.

Hi, No, there isn’t any age limit for teaching in NZ. It’s not mandatory to get a job after you get your provisional certificate, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t after spending some money and effort on getting certified. I hope I’ve answered your questions. 🙂

Hi. Thanks for your informative video. I have a question regarding practicing certificate, one of the requirement is to not have received the bachelor more than 10 years. No worries. Have you been teaching since you graduated? If you have, I believe they will look at your experience more than your diploma. Hi, Why don't you teach in high school? You can teach Business or Maths maybe. I don't know about ECE. They might ask you to do the Graduate Diploma in Teaching in ECE which is good for a year.

I think you definitely have a shot to get registered as a teacher. My friend who doesn’t even have any experience is eligible to register. As for the subject, you might have to negotiate with the principal when you apply. Anyhow, NZQA can tell you a more concrete answer.
