What a great insight for those teachers in India who are planning to migrate to Canada. A well taken interview that covers all aspects and an indepth information given by the teacher out of her personal experience of her journey from a private school teacher in India to a permanent public school teacher in Canada. My good wishes to both. Keep sharing such information for the benefit of those who intend to migrate to Canada for a good future there.

Glad that we could help you. For any more questions please feel free to reach out. 😊
I think the guest used to work as a commerce teacher in a pvt school in India which pay very less salary may be 35-40k at the max whereas govt teachers with 5 plus years of teaching experience in india usually get upwards of 1 Lakhs per month salary....That is the mean reason guest is happy about salary in Canada as she was underpaid in india

Very informative video | god bless you beta
I am very grateful to both of you for the detailed and helpful information provided in the video could you please guide me on how to obtain Permanent Residency (PR)in Ontario, Canada from India? I have completed my Master’s in English and a B.Ed. in English and Social Studies, and I also have 10 years of teaching experience in Singapore and the UAE. Is it possible to get PR in 2024 or 2025 through the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) if I have my Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) license and all the necessary documents? I understand that most of the draws are currently focused on tech and healthcare professions. Could you please advise me on this whether Teachers are considered for Ontario PNP draws?

Great information😊. I have a question to ask here and hope that you will be able to shed some light on it. I wish to know if is it mandatory to apply for some kind of residency visa simultaneously while applying for a Teaching License or supposedly if someone wants to directly apply for a Teaching License only without applying for a PR (PNP/ FWS) in this case. Is it still possible to secure a job in Canada? Since I already hold a Master's degree, have 2 years of B.Ed. and have 5 years of teaching experience without investing much in further education or PR I would straight want to apply for a Teaching License. Your suggestions would be much appreciated & thank you in advance.

Hello, OCT -Ontario College of Teachers- is only applicable to the candidates who are either a citizen or have a Confirmation of PR document (CoPR). You can only apply for OCT license if you have this. So if you are planning to come to Canada, make sure to register with www.oct.ca prior to coming to Canada so that the registration process starts. Make sure you have all the attested documents from the colleges or universities you have studied in. Let me know if you have other questions
Very informative video . I just have one question that I didn't understand..the PR thing . Can you please tell about this

Hi can you please tell the eligible percentage of graduation and B.ed ?

Can you clarify the question? If you are asking about the eligibility for OCT then there is no percentage criteria as long as you have completed grad and B.Ed successfully
