How to Become a Real Estate Developer (Beginners Guide)
In this episode, I interview Demetrice Ballenger who is a Real Estate Developer located in Houston, Texas. This is our first ever interview at an active development site where Demetrice is building 84 single family homes.
In total, Demetrice has well over 100 homes being developed which I had an opportunity to see all over the city. In this episode we discuss his journey in real estate development, the growth of Houston and we also did a walk through of the model home. Demetrice's preferred lender, Maurice Tillman also joined us to talk about how these homes can be financed.
*We ran into some technical difficulties with some of the footage, we appreciate your understanding

Builders in Houston waste a lot of money and material on steep roofs, considering it practically doesn't snow.

Would it be appropriate for me to start a channel called “white real estate?” Just curious. Why can’t it just be real estate dialogue? Am I not invited to the discussions and class because I was born with the wrong color skin? I just don’t understand, why use divisive language?

Respectfully, you can start whatever page you want, it's a free country. I have supporters and viewers of all races. Nowhere on this page will you see that the content is restricted for a certain race to watch. It's for all to enjoy which is why it's on a public platform. There isn't enough black representation in the real estate field so this platform was built to highlight our stories so that anyone who wants to watch can learn and be encouraged. Not sure why the name triggered you, however you are welcome here!
