Hi Jane, im glad you’re inspired to step out of your comfort zone ! In my opinion I think as long as you have the nmbi and ielts/OET theres always a possibility na mainterview ka ng employers, and once you get the chance to be interviewed , you just have to nail the interview and show the employer that you are willing to learn and adapt to whatever position you’re applying for. thanks po sa mga very inspiring words nyo. Im aiming to work actually in UK because lots of my friends and some relatives living and working there. But, my oet results was qualified to ireland not in UK even i tried to remarked it, nothings happened to it. Im a little bit sad for that, kesa masayang yung pinaghirapan kong pag rereview id rather take the ireland pathway maybe LORD GOD have something to do with me in there. now starting to gathers all the informations that i need and also the documents that need to pass in NMBI. pero sana mabilis lang sya at wag mag take ng years. subscribe po ako sainyo. Its okay kaht maki ilang take ka ng Ielts as long as you dont quit . never quit when it gets hard because it means youre nearly there. Konti nalang. Or maybe you can try taking OET i heard mas applicable sya sa nurses. But whatever you do whichever path you choose to take just remember one thing, nothing is impossible if you work hard for it. Sometime out minds plays tricks on us that we cant do it were not good enough BUT the reality is we are capable of whatever we out our mind and our hearts into symepre ssmahan mo ng prayers.but most impirtantly you have to trust yourself that you CAN do it. believe you can and you will PASS. So , change your mindeet and your behaviour will change with it towards taking and revising for the exam. Thats all. The rest will follow. goodluck dont lose hope.! Youre nearly there. ill upload a story vlog maybe on what I did nung nag ielts ako few tips pero sa totoo lang hirap din ako mag english. Hehehe. But I did it anyway. So keep the faith , youll get there!!!

Yes po, if you are a registered nurse, even private duty nurse ang experience pwede naman po mag apply, usually sa mga care home muna then later on if gsto nyo pa mag hospital, oky lang din namn. Theres always a chance to go and work anywhere you want in the world, if you are willing to put in the effort for the application process and all that. Anythings is possible ❤️

Hello @kikx24. As far As I know, agencies from the Philippines usually require acute hospital experience atleast 2 years. i dont if that changed already, probably not😉

Hello Chaye , so isesend mo lang yung form from nmbi pack sa previous employers mo, they will fill it out. Then sila dpat magsesend sa Ireland. So from their institution to nmbi - 😀👍👍 Gooluck and Godbless sa application

I wanted to do my NMBI registration alone and i knew that its possible to do it as DIY. My question is, to be able to apply for the oet exam, should i do first the nmbi registration before oet app?

Hello !!!! Cassy , first of all , Congratulations on passing the Nursing Licensure Exam!!! And yes , you can do your nmbi application alone, as I did that myself as well. So , one of the requirements for the nmbi registration is your English exam cert , so I’d say better do the OET first or IELTS, before proceeding with NMBI,❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi,welcome. Hmmm. There are very few nurses from the USA who wants to move to Ireland. But to answer your question, adaptation can last from 6 to 12 weeks, I did mine for 6 weeks. And yes you get paid the moment you start adaptation , I think the minimum , mine was 18 eur/ he. Then it will be adjusted once you get your registration pin according to your salary scale☺️

Hello, Lecky Geez! Hmm . That’s a good question. I assume na pagdating mo dito malamig kasi pa winter time na. So just make sure you bring a good winter jacket kaht 1 lng muna basta it will give u protection from the rain and cold. ( dont bring a lot kasi pwede mo naman bilhin dito) also, some thermal clothes to warm you up.( if you’re not used sa cold). Scrub suits ( depends if saang area ka) its cheaper to bring a few pairs than to buy it here ( super mahal nila dito) good waking shoes + winter shoes(boots) if you can. A pair each. You can also bring a scarf . Pack light and pack only essentials. But mostly for the weather heheh. The rest kasi like pens and stuff its all easy to buy here. 😉

Hello alam ko total band score of 7 .❤️ when i did mine atleast 6.5 on listening and reading and 7 sa writing and speaking 😊 ngaun ata binaba na bila to 6.5 sa writing.( just double check it) age limit I dont think so, maybe deende sa employer 😊

Hello, nagkaroon kasi ng embargo for a while eh, lero may mga dmting naman na mga bagong staff from India, usually. Just check po sa mga agencies sa Pinas like Chesham and Abba, usually agencies will ask for a decision letter na. But you can always ask or try.( no harm)

helo! expired na ba ENglish Exam mo? hmmm sa pagkaka alam ko ( i might be wrong) if 3 years kana sa english speaking country hindi mo na need mag take ng EXAM , pero if 1 year and 6 months ka palang sa NI and expired na IELTS mo, baka need mo padin i renew - ( that's just my opinion) :)

Another question, actually concern po xa ng fren ko. Legally adopted po xa ng anti nya n nkastay n s Ireland ng matagal. Minor pa po xa nung nagstay ng ireland for maybe 3-5 yrs then nagkaron po cla ng gap and ininsist nya to go back s pinas s biological parents nya. Then now n graduate at working n xa gusto nya mgpunta ng ireland kaso nsb po ata ng adopted parent nya n my bbyaran xa s ireland government kpg bumalik xa. It’s been ard 8 yrs n xang wla s ireland. Totoo po bng mgmumulta xa s yrs n wla xa s ireland or parang OFW mggng labas nya kc yrs nmn ng wla xa dyan.

Hi , not sure if you’re referring to countries like Zimbabwe , Ghana , Nigeria etc. I’m not a 100 % sure , but I met a couple of healthcare workers who came from those countries recently, so they must be. But that’s not to say I am right. Sorry , I dont have accurate info re: that🙏

​​@@BoyetVentura Thank you🙂 I think they have different system now.. i applied for qualification of recognition and next step is registration process for d pin ones i got my adaptation and oet.. i called the Nmbi today as i am not aware if i need to get oet bfor i adaptation.. they said i can have my adaptation even without oet. but oet is needed for registration even if ive done adaptation but oet is not pre requiste for adaptation.. can u give me an idea which hospital in Dublin gives adaptation kahit ndi nila ako employed.. i called Beaumont hospital and they said they do adaptation only for those who will be accepted as there new employee.

Sa registration npo kc un phase ng oet.. and i just also learned today i can do my adaptation even without my oet yet.. personal application lang na wla ako empoyer.. By d way im Eu citizen naturalized kaya dito nko nag process while working as Hca.

Am having a serious challenge with ielts reading. Is there any substitute to that?

Hello! My lowest score was reading. Its really difficult, I fee you. Have you tried OET? I dont know if the reading part would be Easier . Or maybe try some hacks or ways to practice your reading test skills.??

@@emechetacynthia7713 hmmm. Probably . Have you tried the intensive review? for IELTS? They taught me a lot of tricks for each subtest that help me got through with all of them especially reading + speaking ( which I forgot now) but that helped me pass on my 1st try. Like you i was struggling, crying almost and losing hope . I cant speak fluently, i was nervous and shy.. but that 1 month intensive review saved me hehehe. I did nothing for a month but review. No work, or anything . Just focused on my ielts review . I think 4x a week class for 1 month

Hello! i think some companies “might” accept , also it depends on the agency, but as long as you have a license and a certain amount of nursing post experience, you can try to apply, I don’t there’s harm in trying --

@@BoyetVentura yes po, i have 2 years OR experience po then recently lang nakapag saudi as company nurse. Anyway focus po muna sa ielts kr oet 🙏🏻

hello , I think it varies between institutions, but most hospitals require atleast 2 years :)

Hello. So, inask ko un housemate ko before sa Saudi & friend na pumunta sa Saudi council office ( near our accomodation) para i submit un (nmbi form) then from saudi council sila na nagsend to Ireland. I dont know if theres another way para gawin yun. But thats just my experience. hope that helps Gemnace😉🍀

@@gordace84 may form kasi from the nmbi pack na need mo ipa fill out mismo sa saudi council. Then from their office need nila i send directly to NMBI 😉👍 hindi manggaling sayo un paper.

Hello ,depende kng anu inaaplyan mo .pero usually nag aask agency above 150beds if sa acute hospital ang ppnthn mo.if nursing homes,bka no need na .(not sure thou)
