We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. Hi Nav, thanks for making the video. I have a Q for you as you said that part time is possible but let’s say if I have done study joined a brokerage to have my license so by having a 9-5 job how do I go and meet and crack my first deal like I’ll be only free on evenings and weekends

one of the DLC Brokerage asked me to sign a one year contract and they split 50-50 from 95% of the commission as 5% commission always go to DLC directly. so my question is, does DLC asked for a one year contract and what about this 5% commission?

Is there any minimum business Needed to Make to keep mortgage agent ? Or even if you make 1 deal in 3 years you will get paid ?
You became a mortgage agent (not a broker), at the worst possible time. I have a friend who has been an amazing mortgage agent for the last 25 years in Canada and she said she has never seen such a slow time in the mortgage business. She has not gotten any deals in months. Mortgage broker is completely different and takes years to have a mortgage brokerage. Agents work for a broker.

Why are you smoking buddy, okay there’s a day and night difference b/w an agent and a broker. But you don’t have to spite in pride. He’s doing an amazing job and should continue doing that. Please pickup data and talk factual, don’t base your MONOLOGUE based on what someone says lol. MaRket has only produced buyers and growing population has a positive effect on that. Consumer services may have taken a hit but please listen him say that he gets his leads from his following. I hope this helps ease you down. Thanks

Bank job will give you a salary - it’s low Joining a brokerage means zero salary but unlimited growth.
I think a realtor easily makes more money and is more rewarding

Bhai, ye galat hai year. Aap ne exact income ni batai. We know realtors get 2.t% to 4%. What about mortgage brokers ? We would have liked to see all the exact numbers on 1Million mortgagee client after all splits.

I said on average 1% And splits vary from 50-90% depending on experience. 1Mn mortgage 10K commission 75% split = $7500 commission Average mortgage in canada is about 600K - so you can do the maths accordingly
