The only thing I agree with is don’t wreck your body. Most technicians, I know. Make a very good living from $75k to $150k .

@@HowtoAutomotive I’ve been in this industry 15 yrs, top pay is $60k-$75k for labor. The median income for mechanics in 2023 was $46k according to BLS. Only headhunters and trade school recruiters claim $75k-$150k, nobody is falling for that BS anymore.

@@jasonkoplen2554 well, there’s nothing I can say to convince you otherwise. Obviously, the industry has given you a bad taste.. but I know where I live in California technicians are making 75+

Correct! You can’t convince me, unlike you I’ve worked in the industry and know your type. The industry has given technicians a bad taste for 40+ yrs. If you’re trying to fool problem solvers, don’t claim technicians can earn $150k then reduce it by 50% in a state with the highest cost of living in the country. $75k in California is fast food, fry cook money. However I do appreciate your effort, and would like to reward you with a pizza party 😂
