Shital ji Bina owner ki permission ke koi broker kisi bhi owner ka Ghar jyada cost me nhi bech sakta agar token ya agreement karke bech rha ho to bat alag hai..agar owner ne permission di ho ki mujhe 20L chahiye uske alawa tum 21 me becho ya 22 rest amount apka to hi possible hai but taxes also play an important role in this..!!
Sir ise ek bar developer baanne ki feel le lunga me uske baad firse land kaha se launga.. ya khud ka project daalne ke liye iita sara paisa??

@@abhishektripathi4316 Ye sab hone ke liye land ka developed area ke paas ya growing area ke paas hona bohot jaruri hai warna kam se kam 10-15 saal rukhna padega .. aur fir jab demand aayegi toh aisa kar sakte hai..

Sir mere paas mere father ki land hai jo near highway service road touch hai.. but muze nahi pata ki kaise developer ko approach kare aur kuch builders aur developers ne approach kiya but muze nahi pata ki unse kaise deal karne leagally kaise secure deal kare.. wo log kehte hai ki ap land bechdo hum khud kar lenge. Is case me me as a lady kaise karu ye aur muze real estate me business karna hai..

mere suggestion me apko koi bhi decision lene se acha pehle ap real estate ko sikhiye usse apko kya aur kaise karna hai usme achii clarity aayegi.. sell kardoge to sirf ek bar ka profit hoga but but agar jv karte ho aap toh paise bhi banege aur real estate me kam kaise hota hai wo bhi pata chalega aur real estate me business karne me bhi apko aasani hogi.

sir agar muze ye chiz ko agar kuch saalo ke baad karna raha toh me aisa kar sakta hu kya . Kyu ki mere papa ne 10 acre khet liya hai pr uske aas paas filal me koi bhi layout ke project nahi hai, sirf khet hi hai.. aane wale 10-12 salone me development aane ke chances hai..

Sir I am from Akola . Now a days Akola is a leading real estate market in vidharbha. In Akola a textile market is constructed by some textile shops owner .there is good response among that . There are near About 100 shops in that market. Each shop is sold near about 1 to 1.5 cr . So sir should we build a big market like that in akola Near that textile market. This is a good opportunity.
