In the 1950s, a group of ranchers saw a need to educate future ag leaders in as many phases of the ranching business as possible. And in 1955, the first students of what is now the TCU Ranch Management certificate program gathered on campus in Fort Worth, Texas. Almost 70 years later, hundreds of program graduates have entered influential positions in almost every corner of the beef cattle industry.
