At the end of the video where you stated your gripes with the Nightmare mode. I believe personally you couldn't have said it better. The unique difficulty of each area allowed for there to be a pre-determined "toughness" in each path you took knowingly. With how nightmare works, it removes the preset difficulty and makes it much harder, sometimes the nightmare difficulty spans 3 journies long. The aggressiveness of Edward's arsenal also makes it insanely aggravating to work around. But glad they incorporated the Exotic rarity into the weapons. Hope that it isn't only reserved to grenade launchers in the future though. Loved your review, big ups.

Maybe they will move all of the best items to the new zone that will contain nightmares, if they will listen to you. Btw, now that i think of it, what if they made it so the train doesn't go to its next destination but instead remains at previous station IF the WHOLE SERVER dies to edward, making nightmare routes a problem in that new zone, but then it will need some new op rewards there...

I've beaten nightmare twice with randoms, even though I consider these wins as luck based, here's some strategies to use: 1) Equip military trains that have a roof, when Edward starts shelling with his rockets, hide in the roofed compartment, dont bother going on top 2) Since randoms will do random things, dealing damage will pretty much be impossible with randoms, so just focus on running than fighting, and dont bother using mounted turrets as mobility is key to survival here 3) If possible, avoid staying in the middle section of the entire train, so that in case any of the floorboards get blown off, you will still be able to dart around the train without falling to your death or getting cut off 4) Use the green military medkit as just run when Edward closes in, as he moves really quickly and strike rapidly 5) Although killing Edward is possible on nightmare, unless your lucky or have a well coordinated group of friends, only fo damage fron a safe location and away from Edward

it's kinda like hard mode but more scarier when i almost win that mode i died when the other train arrived (not edward) its from the starter place

The cultists can randomly blast me off the train for some reason sometimes

Since the cultist have been added into the game it is more difficult to handle them from both sides it sucks when cultist go full *mercenary* mode with body armour and MA-16 rifles and F17C pistols in their jeeps, pickup trucks, and especially flatbed trucks.

I think a very important strategy is for the heavies to snipe his rl and howitzer as soon as possible as those both will shred railcars and overwhelm dodgers.

We and a Squad of 2 people took down nightmare Edward before he had a chance to melee. We know that it’s impossible to fight Edward when he has a chance to fight so we came up with a tactic by loading both sides of the turrets 2 munitions each, Once our scout detects Where Edward is heading he open fire when he fires howitzers or missiles. Normally we loose 1 member in the progress. But this will kill Edward and he will return soon no matter what. Once Edward returns and finishes his 1st stage of assault we move to the elephant stoppers, high powered shotguns that punch a hole into him which hopefully can kill him. (Nobody survives) But since the new update of the war trains a new weapon of destruction has been introduced, the cannon, the weapon has proven to be very useful in dealing with Edward.

Thomas would have probably blown Edward up to kingdom come

Ima write a bit of a long comment just a heads up. Nightmare mode is an insanley difficult gamemode that is only worth it for the challenge. If there was a better reward then just 60 tickets (not including other bonuses) then it would be worth the trouble. As a player that plays with randoms I have only won once. Here is my strategy on defeating the new nightmare mode: I won by being hyper agressive with shotguns (Jury rigged model and elephant shotgun) only . This was my best bet since turrets don't target you at close range. If Edward fires his rockets go on top of the railcart to dodge them. I tried shredding off his claws with the shotguns so that he wont be able to hit me close range. (this would also work with a light weapon that has crit multipliers) After getting rid of his arms you can target Edward himself or his turrets (depending of the hp and how long you still need to survive). If you need to heal, then stay close to Edward and dodge his claws (if he still has them). If the railcart you are standing on is almost destroyed, then switch to another railcart and hope that Edwards turrets don't target you. I hope this was helpfull and gl solo players.

I beaten nightmare edward once and I was the only one alive on that round. It took me ten tries but I finally got it. But they should give us a better reward for beating nightmare Edward like a new weapon rather than sixty tickets. Tip run and heal

Try the new grenade launcher the pilot sell (I know it's expensive and I'm saving for it but is it worth it?)

i beat edward without losing health earlier and ran away from the areas that edward would attack and beat it 9 times

nightmare edward can spawn naturally but its not that easy to find

I was the first one to redeem the code and buy the exotic gun during the nightmare update. Facts: exotic grenade launcher does 225 to 100 damage, if you survived nightmare danger you will earn 60 tickets, Edward will use 3 weapons in nightmare danger.

10 months late but get the anti-terrorist sniper that deals 160 damage each bullet and fire 4 bullets at the back of edward (his rocket launcher) you need to be somewhat far to the right/left to see it though. Destroying his rocket launcher basically means he wont be able to use it till after u kill him (which u wont). The only threat left is the cultists and honestly my biggest tip is run around and evade them.

Just stupidly annoying when i use the tank wagon and he shoots a gas missile

I survived nightmare through a glitch, I got push off the train then land on a sandbag which Edward another missile and the blast blow me to out of bound places I think which I fall for the next 5 minutes so I survived

it possible to completely dodge edwards missiles and have no cart damage if you stand on the edge of a rail car on the other side of edward hope this helps!

@@Profie02 its honestly a skill issue it also depends on what cart you're using as well. and cart with a flat roof is goot but the main issue is that edward can destroy the roof. i use oil cart do to the durability along with the ability to dodge attacks. But god forbit he shoots you with his turret

Literally every server I go to these kids automatically go to summon nightmare edward and I'm sick and tired of it every single time. It's such a bad idea for a satanic symbol in the station freely to summon nightmare edward. I've dubbed these kids auto summoning nightmare edward. Masochits and bots (like a scam bot).
