I'd argue the legion is even more of a threat without caesar, if legate lanius assumes power, the legion will attack relentlessly and will never surrender. The courier could also direct the legion to hijacking what securitrons there are on the strip, and thusly making them even more powerful. But more than likely legate lanius would reject that, thinking it weak.

@@ItsJustDoctor there's literally a dialogue that Caesar already had candidates for the throne and it doesn't even matter if he dies today or tomorrow. One might also argue that the current Caesar is rather dumb so perhaps a new one would make the Legion much stronger.

From what I've seen from MittenSquad: *uses microwave-oven* "See, this is technically neither an oven nor a microwave, so we're good!" *proceeds to bake cookies in the most unimaginative way* Also: ymfah: "Turns out you can bake cookies without any source of heat. Was a lot of work, but it's possible." Mittensquad: "Can you bake cookies with a camping-cooker? With a radiator? On a running motor? With a hairdryer? On a toaster? On a campfire? On a DIFFERENT camping cooker that works pretty much identical to the other one?" ymfah plays the games as a pacifist and proves you don't need weapons, while Mittensquad will ask "Can you beat the game with this weapon?" And the answer is literally always yes.
