PUNK ROCK GOD LYRICS
Voices down the freeway
Bouncing down the allyway
Flying down the seaway
Only place I wanna be
I don't care what people say
I don't listen anyway
Rockin till the new day
Gotta get there now
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh
Punk Rock God
Eh, eh, eh, eh, eh
Punk Rock God
Put me in the back seat (Okay)
Buckle up the seat belt (Clip clip)
Move until your head shake (Eh eh)
Everybody outta my way (beep beep)
I'm going to a new place
I don't care what people say
Rockin till the new day
Gotta get there now

Realistically, you'll never get the same sound with upstrokes; it just won't happen, especially since Johnny mostly used major barre chords, *not power chords.* And part of the way to play down-strums is to have your guitar strapped *low,* so your posture is right, and so you use the correct strum arm muscles just enough and not more. You also want light strings, nothing thicker than .10s. Fretting hand fatigue is also a thing you don't want to have too much of.
Johnny ramone: downstrokes Stevie T: this is stupid James hetfield: downstrokes even faster and more technically Stevie T: this is absolutely incredible!!!

Realistically, downstrokes aren't that hard if you use the right techniques and practice enough to get the muscle for it. John had his guitars strapped super low, because he needed the right arm posture. It's mostly with the wrist and forearm.

Incredibly misinformed on both points. Most songs after the first 3 albums were 2:30+. A lot were closer to 4. And there was never a rule about songs being under 2 minutes. Who thinks Stevie T should collaborate with bands like this? He has good energy and is great at making a rock band inspired song. I love it and Rock is awesome Capital "A" for Awesome
Both the music productions and the video production war awesome. Really great job you all did. ♥️🤟

It was a good division of labor. Dee Dee wrote a lot, but Joey wrote a bunch of classic too (Sedated, Sheena, Rock N Roll HS, KKK, etc). Johnny did a lot to keep the band unified as far as sound, look, ethic. Not to mention his guitar sound, which is important. And Tommy put them together in the first place, came up with the drum sound, and wrote "blitzkrieg bop".

Over a year later, this earned you a Sub from me. The Ramones are the most interesting band in the world, bar none; and one of the most influential.
Loved the video, it was pretty funny. One thing though, Johnny only used full 6 string barre chords not power chords. And there's several chords on Ramones songs, they were more than just 3 chords and you could analize it by yourself learning some songs by them like Don't Wanna Go Down to the Basement, Glad To See You Go, She's The One, etc. It seems that's a general misunderstanding by musicians and not many are aware of those details. P.S: Johnny was the leader, not Joey.

Like in Billie Eilish he requests help to get 2 mil subs, in Ed Sheeran he’s nervous why is it going so slow, in Green Day he’s depressed for not having 2 mil subs and in Ramones he wonders if it’s caused by his bad social interacting skills. And I forgot what was the line for Drake video.
