He also broke the stereotype of looking Mexican and not speaking a damned word of Spanish… ☠️

I enjoyed his genuine jokes and laughs to break preoccupations. Being direct with saying I’m not asking you buy just to take a look to see if we can help.

Everyone needs to watch this one over and over! The thing i want you all to notice is how well John breaks preoccupation and transfers his energy in the initial 20 seconds. He keeps it up beat fun and energetic. He then makes sure to incentivize and really prize frame the appointments while making sure that he doesn’t put buying pressure on the people. He sells himself and the company extremely hard because he understands that everyone else is leading in with generic solar facts and figures. Instead he puts on a show for them and connects with them first gets them laughing with him.. People buy from people they like or want to be like! There’s no doubt that he’s likable and finds ways to make the interaction enjoyable regaurdless of if they go solar or not… The other valuable tactic he uses is how well he utilizes the anchors of the neighborhood, he mentions one of their neighbors in third party story almost every door and that allows him to build trust quickly.. Step 1 get them to like you Step 2 build trust step 3 make it make since. The last take away I have from watching this is mainly the overall energy that he brings with him into every conversation. That vibe is so important for getting people to connect with you. If you bring that level of energy into every interaction you have on the doors then your going to earn the right for them to listen. Once they are drawn in and truly listening then solar will do the rest. We are literally offering a product that pays/saves them money that they are already spending, saving the planet and adding value to their home without them having to pay a single penny out of pocket! If you can play the roll that he plays on the doors and bring this level of energy you will transform your entire life and grow your bank account bigger than its ever been! The best part is that everyone has the ability to play this role on the doors and bring this level of energy. the only thing that will hold you back from it is a lack of knowledge aka not knowing enough if bout the company/products or a fear of being judged. When you allow yourself to step outside your comfort zone and truly play the role he is playing you will succeed

& your last take away from all this is the same thing you said in the first sentence . That energy makes for entertaining videos . Not for appointments set

He did none of that. He pressures everyone he meets, grabs his crotch, and comes off ass somebody pulling a scam. I'd set an appointment just to get him off my porch fearing he'd come back and rob me.

Great video guys! Not gonna lie though in FL we run into lumio guys all the time giving bad info slinging loans to people who will never get the tax credit and just selling partial offset to people who think they are getting 100% you might want to check your guys over here in FL. Otherwise great video and respect

My take away is that he breaks the ice and takes their defense out of the equation and does well to get their name and say they are not gonna forget his. He has a conversation that isn’t scripted, just personable, the scramble. He puts on the world class show!

Was in sales for a soap i miss going door to door. The best part of going door to door is the education of learning how Americans spend money and how they are very forthcoming of their beliefs of sales people. I would like to sell solar but curious as to how you pay your salesmen is it hourly plus commission or straight commission?

  • @MrGoodeats
