If it's because of your Academy problems or is it because of your mental health in school? If you are doing not that good in something, you can get help! Also if you want to stay motivated and happy cut off fake friends. Make new friends that are positive and make you happy❤️

1:01: so in my opinion I have been using this list in order and it has helped ALOT 1: first cleanse your face and try with tissues (more gentle and not good for towels that u use for ur body, unless you wanna wash it every week stick to tissues) 2.: toner, some people don’t cleanse very well but toner can help with that and it’s just a step you need to have 3: spray, any kinds of sprays just help me feel more alive and woken up so im not sleeping in class 4: creams/moisturizer, helped me the most for having soft skin (I also like to use scrubs) 9:39 : means ATTITUDE what I have been doing is, I bought a note book and I write everything that my teacher says so it’s noted and I can remember it, it also helps to make it more colorful so draw and add some color there will be rewards for it and being a teachers favorite omg!! im a teachers fav chef kiss 😭 MADE UP: kindess always be kind even if their rude because they can and will get their karma and being nice just helps more with skin because pimples etc usually come from stress and if your calm it should help more MADE UP 2: have a it girl mindset have a it girl mindset like “im better than everyone” or “im THE celebrity” it will always make you have confidence and not worry about ANYTHING at all. please try this it worked for me im so impressed of my glow up and so excited to start being THAT girl and I hope you do too
