i was having a mental breakdown at wala akong makausap,, iyak lang ako ng iyak kasi ang bigat sa pakiramdam. i haven’t cried for so long and now parang biglang buhumos lahat. wala akong maiyakan and naisip ko na maghanap ng videos of priests talking about depression. sobrang nakatulong 'to, i was laughing and crying while watching. to whoever is struggling like me, kaya mo yan. kakayanin mo. magtiwala ka lang, may kasama ka. God is with you.

Here I am again listening to father Jerry. Everytime I get into depression and anxiety I play this. To all experiencing this let us all believe to God.

Today is the 24th of December 2023. I've told God that I feel sad without knowing the exact reason. Maybe because I've been away from my family for years now due to work. I know that God directed me to this Homily of Fr. Jerry. It gave me goosebumps while he started to greet a Merry Christmas to everyone. I actually didn't expect that he would include anything about Christmas during this mass. Suddenly, I feel like my body is already filled with the Holy Spirit. I cried out to God and He made me feel better now. Nothing really is impossible for Him. I'm so grateful and blessed❤

Even though I don't understand, I know that God is beautiful, trustworthy, and worthy of praise, even though I have been through a lot of pain and loss. When I want to curse or blame God, like Job did, I tell myself to say, "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." The words to this song are beautiful, and they tell us to always give thanks to God. I had the chance to meet Rainey Holt Qualley when I was a fellow. Even though I was having trouble with money, he put me in touch with a very important company. I'm thankful to both God and this guy. I'd like everyone to help me say thank you to HER. I talk about her name a lot. I had heard of things called "destiny aids," but I thought it was crazy that God would send me one. Putting $1,000 into the situation totally changed it. Please thank her on rhq-portfolio . id on my behalf. I am now very happy to be in charge of a charity that helps kids who are locked up. That was my first thought about how to make money. My heart sinks when I think about how this will affect the kids in so many African countries. The point of this story is to get you to do something. I hope I'll have the strength to get through this. I've been suffering anxiety for a year now and my doctor told me to watch Fr. Jerry Orbos homily coz it can helps a lot of my anxiety. Aside from medication, don't forget God to the center of your life coz it was the missing piece of my life I put aside my spiritual life and put myself busy on the other things that makes my anxiety worse. I've realized that I wasted almost 20 years of my life on worrying things around me. I spent on crying and thinking that caused loneliness in me. Nagsearch ako on youtube “how to be happy” and this is the first video that comes out. I am so worried this past few days kasi di ko naiintindihan yung mga lessons ko sa online class namin. Nag ooverthink ako kasi pano kung bumagsak ako pano kung di ako makakuha ng trabaho. I even thought about stoping kasi parang di talaga para sa akin. I wanted to cry but wala talagang lumalabas na luha. Then I searched the words how to be happy. This is the first video na lumabas. Then nung pagsabi ni father laugh even if there’s no reason. I tried, and then I broke down in tears. I may sound over acting but this is actually what happens. Ang galing lang kasi I always complain about my online class na dapat thankful pa ako kasi may bagay ako na wala sa iba. Lord, thank you for everything I know you have plans for me. I am sorry for being ungrateful for everything.

Ako din, medyu nagtampo ako ke Lord kase i asked na sana makapasa na ako all the way sa test namin(a lot is at stake kase, makakapractice na din kame ng profession namin), last Monday lumabas result namin, me isang test akong babalikan. Syempre, nagtampo ako kase 13 kame nagtake, 4 kaming me babalikang test dahil na fail namin ang isang exam. Nakakainis at nakakahiya, the rest have nothing to worry about yet here we are, trying to retake the test. I am still in the process of trying to accept everything, me trauma na ata ako sa test na yun, pero kelangan kong gawin para mas makatulong pa sa mga nangangailangan. Wag na natin masyado ioverthink ang mga walang kwentang bagay, iasa na lang natin ke lord🙏

I download this video so everytime I feel sad and worried, and feeling unlucky, I'm just gonna watch this again and again just to remind to myself that I'm blessed and ignore the people around me who have miserable life that who share their bad day, saying bad things on me, when everytime I watch this i remember that God is with me, as long as I am good person and I will pray for them to be a good person too. Same here sis, dika nagiisa. I started my youtube channel to fight depression. I know alot of people thinks/assuming/concluding, im a bad person. But im not what they think iam, they're making a big big mistake of judging who iam just because some people are making up strories bout me. I hope and i pray God will enlighten their judgemental minds toward me.

I feel that way too. I have grown so much spiritually since the spring of 2020 just by turning off the distractions, saying the Rosary every day, reading the scriptures every morning, and listening to Mother Angelica's old shows. I found Fr Jerry Orbos in Nov 2020 when he gave a homily about the election. He really calmed me down lol. He has such a peaceful and reassuring spirit about him; it is a spiritual gift. @@rustyasplico6548 i felt this amxiety hindi maintidihan .. ngayon i see to it na nadidivert ko pilit ko sya winawala kc result my body is affected nagiging super headache lahat na pain ng katawan sabi ng neuro doctor stress/tension related daw ung naramdaman ko.. nagtataka family bakit stress ako ? Im also asking bakit nga ba ako stress ano problema ko? .. everytime inaattack ako ng ganito ..ginagawa ko pilit ko mind ko mag isip kumanta ng prayers at napansin ko untinunti nawawala kung ano ano mang naglalaro sa isipan ko na jag crecreate ng anxiety.. this quarter 4x ko na ito naramdaman..

This past few months I always felt sad, at walang kagana gana sa buhay.After this preach I cried a lot, I realized how ungrateful I am sa lahat ng blessing na natanggap ko this year. Nahihiya ako sa diyos na andami nya palang binigay sakin pero hindi ko naappreciate, kapalit non nagattempt pa ko magsuicide. Life is not easy.

I wish and pray we can normally go back to being in church beside our friends, neighbors and family without being restrained and being worried about the pandemic. In Jesus name I pray!

Whenever it's hard and youfeel helpless..Try to remember all the good things that you have /had. Do not dwell on your emotions whenever you feel down. And do breathing exercise, like deep inhale and count 3 sec then exhale... Those are the things ived done whenever im feeling miserable. Ived divert my attention and start praying🙏❤️

I lost my grandma mommy paternal side last April 2021. All my family members are wicked. My parents are bad in nature, irresponsible, they abandoned me. I am alone in life since the passing of my paternal grandma. All my job applications are rejected. I have no means to survive. I get little assistance from my former boss but not giving me any work. I am prayerful. God lead me to this video. Yes, life is short. It's hard not to be affected by problems. God help us all dealing with several problems. It is so difficult to be a human being on your planet earth though Jesus Christ suffered the most more than us. It is very hard to live everyday without feeling sad, miserable, brokenhearted, depressed. God bless us all as it's so hard to be human. Amen. 🙏😢😢😢💯

Thank you Father , i was currently suffering from anxiety, postpartum depression and panic attack i encountered these because of trauma i got pre eclampsia after i gave birth. I search positive energy then i saw this video. Lord heal the people who is dealing with anxiety and depression

Everytime na makaramdam ako ng anxiety attack and negativity i always watching this and other priests words of God. Kahit na wala ko masabihan even to my own family and friends I'll choose to watch an inspiring and motivational words of God. It strengthen me and feel comfort. Mahirap kalaban ang kalungkutan it made u looks fool and stupid kasi paulit ulit lang yun pain na ipinararamdam sayo. Pero pag nakakapanuod ako ng ganito it really goosebumps me and i don't know napakagaan sa pakiramdam nalang i really feel God is with me. 💕 Blessed our heart and soul.
