i got cheated on and dumped but you know what? that was a blessing in disguise. i allowed myself three days to be sad and now we are on a journey to heal and be single. I got the "She" version of this problem, and I agree with, a blessing and lesson in disguise.

32 and single. One of the main reasons people want to date is that they want a partner who will always be there and support you. Let me tell you. That's not guaranteed! Many of the relationships I had, I was more alone than when I was single, no support, no help, nothing. I'm happy to stay single now. I won't reject a relationship if it happens to come but it's not my main priority anymore and I'm not actively looking to get into one either.

You explained it so well. I am 23 no boyfriend since birth and this is exactly how I feel (when I was a young girl I used to say I won't marry ever, I think had always known 🤣), I just get frustrated with my self sometimes because I can't articulate what I think about choosing to be single/alone to others who ask why. The only thing different is probably being with friends. I realized that I don't really crave or need the presence of friends, I have great friends and we don't really talk much now, and I realized I don't miss them. It feels kind of strange sometimes but I feel more comfortable and at peace when alone.

The loneliness is superficial, only when I watch romance movies or read romance novels or I remember the times I spent with ny friends in school but after that I forget about it.

The man whom I considered my best friend and boyfriend for four years broke up with me last week and it has been insanely difficult to cope. Thank you for this video this is exactly what I needed to start healing myself and start being okay with being on my own again❤

Take you time and deal with the emotions. I just recently broke up with my fiancé too. It’s hurting like hell. The tears have finally stopped. Life goes on with or without them. She’s not losing sleep over me, so I’m just going to live the best life I know how. I plan to spoil myself with the money I was going to use on the wedding. I think I’m done with relationships now. I gave her everything. Life is better quiet and alone. Be well. 🙏🏽

Thank you for posting this ! I am in the exact same spot (22 and never dated etc.), and I do find it hard sometimes, I really want that deep connection and I feel like I've put so much pressure on myself it find it. I think the worst part is I got so caught up in averages of 'milestones' and honestly kind of panicking because I never got to date as a teen, I never experienced the "teenage dream", I never experienced my first kiss at 15 in the same way Taylor Swift made me feel like I would because of her song. I never even found one person to date in my 4.5 years at college. As well as this, I remember being 16 and looking up "is it weird to be 16 and to have never kissed someone?", and now I look back on that girl, and I feel so sad for her and like I've let her down, because I had no idea I would still be waiting for all of that to happen 6 years later. I honestly still struggle with this sadness and anxiety everyday, but seeing your videos, and how happy and well-adjusted and genuine you are makes me so reassured and I feel so much better about it. Thank you for showing me I'm not alone in feeling like this, and having these life experiences ❤

I've had relationships but they never lasted me more than a month. Either I get ghosted or I just didnt feel comfortable. I hated the awkward stage of the relationship and I couldn't bare it. I feel so much comfort of being alone and being single... that I started to feel scared that there's something wrong with me. I'm so glad I found you. I yearn for love, but at the same time, when presented an opportunity, I get scared that I won't be something they expected so I tend to push them away. Thank you for being so relatable. I stayed up until 4 am watching all your videos the other day. I don't go outside a lot like you do, but I feel motivated to walk around myself and enjoy things on my own. When i was younger, i used to hate being single and wanted a relantionship soo bad. Fast forwards to my mid 20s, I realized starting dating late allowed me to know myself better and know what i wanted in a relantionship as well as my boundaries

LOVE the video ❤️💯As a single man I have learned to really enjoy outings for myself . I actually really love sketching , art ( maybe water color painting soon !) and going to book stores myself and creating chaos in my kitchen !. Just because I don’t have a girl in my life at the moment doesn’t mean that I can’t enjoy these things so I treat myself that way and go for walks or hikes . Nature always has a way of bringing out your inner peace 🪴 great time to reflect to ! Before I went to college, during my school years, I never dated anyone. My parents encouraged me to date and have a life after graduating from school and college. However, I have found solace in being single and enjoying my independence. At 24 years old, I haven't found someone I can rely on yet. But being on my own has taught me how to treat my partner well and not depend on them completely. For me, dating is not just about chasing my feelings, but finding someone special whom I can cherish for a lifetime ~~~
