Thank you for putting this out there. I have been alone for over 8 years now and am quite happy with it. I find it gives me more time to learn, grow and be myself. While I do struggle with getting lost in the adventures of others, lack self confidence and have a hard time with self love...I feel with your help and meditation, this will come in time. Much love ❤

I was married 23 years and planned my life around marriage, I was surrounded by family and was happy. My ex divorced me two years ago, now I am alone and I am ok sometimes but sometimes I am very broken. I never used to be sad but am struggling with loss now. Thanks for the positive words

Wanting less can also mean not trying to do too many things. I've amazed myself, with the discovery that simple living, with quiet days of not doing much, can be really satisfying. Funnily enough, by having less on your plate, you can give more attention to the few things you are doing, and that in itself creates a positive energy, and gives you a new meaning.

Why when i am alone i always feel super strong sadness and lack. I am on vacation alone in beautiful location and all i do is cry because all i see is beautiful people together, families, friends, etc. and i have nothing. It makes me feel terrible and therefor unable to male connections.

U are lonely & comparing yourself to others. Comparison is the thief of joy. People around u may seem happy but u have no idea what goes on when they're at home. They might be deep in debt, have family violence etc. Try to focus on what is good in your life e.g. u are on vacation in a beautiful location, u have food & drink, a beautiful place to relax. Listen to KZread for inspiration & try to practice gratitude. ❤

Sit with yourself and tend to your hurts and pain. Come home to yourself by being with you with compassion. The brain protects us and will make us numb and no feel good about us when we’ve felt pain. We gotta allow ourselves to feel good inside our skin again by sitting with ourselves alone in combination with creating happiness in your mind.

“Possession is so strong” such powerful words. My marriage ended after 33 years and I had it all. Nice big house, cars and stuff that comes with four kids etc. I moved to California with my belongings in three IKEA bags. I do miss things but now that I’m empty nesting, I miss my kids more. I encourage people to examine their life that’s holding them back esp if they grew up with immigrant parents that has stuff. Still on the journey but with less possessions. My prize possessions now are pics of my mom and one baby shoe from each kid.

I understand: after decades together, my ex and I also divorced (peacefully, but it shook me nonetheless). I began all over with whatever I could fit in my car. It hasn't been easy but I've also learned how good life can be when I focus on the present moment and rely less on possessions, titles and status. Looking back, I'm actually grateful now that I've experienced loss since it's been my teacher and helper in life.

I am alone, but never lonely. I keep myself occupied with the things that bring me joy. From tattoing, to riding my dirtbike and hunting for fossils and rocks in Wyoming, to building and playing guitars, writing, podcasting, flying drones, or whatever I feel like doing. My thoughts are that happiness comes through having value, but more importantly knowing your value. When you know who you are, what you've been through, when you've come to terms with your shadow and understand the duality of life, there's nothing else you need. Gratitude and appreciation are so very necessary. I have everything I could have ever wanted. I've had and lost millions. I could make all that money again, but I've let it go. I can make the money when it's needed and it always works out. We have to walk away from anything negative, whether that's people, politics, religion, or ideologies. I had an epiphany the other night and I'm walking away from the political commentary I've been producing. My view point isn't right or left, it's the idea of walking away from it, but by putting my energy into producing that content, I am involving myself in it and it's counter-productive. Your message is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you, my brother. I am off to enjoy the company of the rattlesnakes, coyotes, wolves, badgers, antelope, deer, and my favorites of the animal kingdom, the ravens. Be well.

Eight and a half years ago i moved into the house i now live in with my dog. I was 53 at the time. It was the first time ever in my life i had lived alone. It was terrifying. I've always been very independent but I'd never lived alone. No husband/boyfriend or kids. These past few years have been a steep learning curve on many levels. Healing from trauma in childhood, abusive relationships, self loathing, i guess just about everything bad. I can confidently say i am totally at peace with myself and my total aloneness, my dog passed away just before Christmas. I have absolutely no intention of sharing my life with anybody else, not living with me. I now value myself, my space and my peace more than anything. Your videos are wonderful. I just wish they'd been about 9 years ago. I do find the meditation videos useful as I'm crap at meditation. Monkey mind but your voice is relaxing to listen to. Bless you ❤

I always wonder why ppl feel the need to look at what people are doing. Social media just proved how narcissistic we as humans are. We turned into a society of looking for acceptance from people without even looking for acceptance from ourselves first.

You all probably here because somewhere you know or you assume that you have lost everything in life ,so let me help you out a lil bit to change your perspective on how life works ! Myself Tiger and I’m no experienced life coach or a motivational speaker, just a simple 18 y/o with a different perspective on life . I came across Mr.Nemo’s (yes, I found my Nemo,it’s time for you all to find yours) videos and concluded that this person is so in love with his own self and that I had to follow that simple rule to turn my life like I’m the MAIN CHARACTER, “LOVE YOURSELF”.

  • @Tiger-qg9xk

    @Tiger-qg9xk

    Жыл бұрын

Yes, it’s that simple ..ik that loving yourself is the most common, most confusing, and yet most solid advice anyone can give . Because it’s not really about feeling love for yourself; it’s being able to feel stable enough that your mindset doesn’t rest in the narrative of a supposed other’s. Like Mr.Nemo had said once that you can never change the situation you are in but instead change yourself. You are unhappy because you expect a lot from you or maybe you think others expect a lot from you ..duck about the others part and work for you ..know your limits and start working on yourself .

Don’t give up yet . I didn’t so DON’T YOU DARE GIVE UP , So until next time❤ P.S Mr.Nemo, don’t get married and wait for another 7 years .. I’ll find you and find myself!

After loosing everything I realized that I need to love and care myself to be happy in life of what I have, living alone is frustrating at the beginning but eventually It’s nice to be alone if you are accustomed to doing it....life is too short so enjoy yourself, don’t expect anything from others, it’s your life and you are alone ❤

Thank you so much for your words, for your energy! It actually inspires. I believe that the key to happiness is an ability to see little good details in our lives. I mean: we are surrounded by millions of cute, kind and funny things, that can boost our mood, but we're blind to notice them! For example, one gets up early and hears birds outside a window singing. "Blind" person's gonna never pay attention to this, they'd rather think: "Here we go again, another shitty day...". But a person with a desire to see little things that can make them happier will think: "Wow, what a beautiful beginning of a day. These birds are free and happy, and it's so relatable". The main point is to make a HUGE list (in mind, on paper, doesn't matter) of things that make you feel better every day. It's something very particular (not "being rich or something") and available to you every day. I'm pretty sure that all of us has hundreds of such little things, we just need to notice them. It would be great if you text here what part of your everyday life and routine make you happy. I'm really curious! Maybe we can open each other's eyes to something new ... I can start: I do enjoy a cup of tea brewed in a teapot after busy day in my university. I love such moments because it helps me to relax.

Unfortunately, not all viewers here are safe. I live in Ukraine and over the last year and a half I've experienced quite a lot of terrible things because of the war. So I have to always keep in mind that the Russians can kill me at any moment. In addition, many things in my life were destroyed during this time. Both physical and emotional. But thanks to this, I was able to understand what true happiness really is. I've already watched similar videos before, but I can say for sure that only a real catastrophe in life (hello to that guy from Libya😉) makes it possible to fully realize everything that you're talking about in the video. It's like a purification from any social influences that allows you to understand what you really need and move towards it. Thank you very much for the video! Peace for everyonehere✌

You can't move on if you don't have enough health to do so. Literally everything that needs to be done requires some level of ability to do it. If you don't have the health and stuck with disabilities you don't have options.

I am in same boat. I start my day with prayer. I do one day on, one day off (activities in or out of home with a rest day in between). U can choose to be kind to others. I think this video was to encourage us to change the way we look at life.

At 29 years old, I'm tired of being in a relationship. After he insulted me with words I can never forget, I decided I needed a change. I want time for myself. I want years of being alone, improving, and not being scared, but becoming fearless. I know there is a spiritual path that awaits for me. But how you fix a broken heart? Maybe time will tell. Thank you for encouraging me. Stay strong. Greetings from Berlin, Germany.
