Jason, I'm 23, have been overseeing fire alarm installation on large residential projects for the past 4 years. I day-dream of starting my own fire alarm company; where would I start to learn the business side of things? I don't have the slightest clue on how to hire employees, source start-up funding, and land my first bids.

Hey Jason, love your content. I know that what I'm about to say will be controversial, but I disagree with your point "never think, say or believe racist things." The reason is that the term "racist" has become so loaded as to encompass simply being white, or not being "anti-racist," which is actually giving preferential treatment to minorities because of their race. I believe you are right: it is wrong to disrespect anyone merely because of their race, bully, tell inappropriate jokes, act without integrity, or unethically. These all more than adequately rule out partiality based upon race. But the term "racist" actually increases confusion and disrespect.
