Another great video Reggie. I use Pinterest, notes and photoshop to focus all my inspirations. It is soo funny because inspiration can hit you at any time. I'm sure we have all been there where we have seen something that inspired us and we could not recall it

@@THECASUALco THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm 17 years old, I don't know how to draw very well But I do try my harddest. I work part time as an electrician while trying to finish high school. Most of the money I earn goes into investing in ways I can start and run my business. I paid a friend of mine create my logo for me, and I *ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT*. Your videos have inspired me to believe there are other ways of becoming a successful black entrepreneur. Keep up the good work! 👍

Searching constructive criticism is borderline seeking for validation? I struggle with this.

Everyone need constructive criticism. It’s dealing with criticism in the aftermath. If you learned nothing then said criticism wasn’t constructive at all. And constructive criticism is often in a controlled setting before something is shown publicly, especially in business. Far too many brand runners operate like their future label is an art project than a business; taking constructive criticism personally instead of learning.
