How to BATCH COOK when you have a small freezer | Batch Cook with Me 2022

It's great when you don't have to cook everyday of the week. You can just cook in bulk and store in the freezer. But what if you have a small fridge? How do you benefit from batch cooking. Today I'm batch cooking a few meals to fill up some of the space in a freezer and then when we eat some of this food I'll batch cook some more.

Hey Mumbai, You could store your food in the freezer for up to a year. Freezing is a good way to put a pause ⏸️ on any kind of food.
I'm late here. I've seen other KZreadrs batch cooking and putting the individual meals into freezer bags, the ones with the zippers, and pressing them flat so they could fit more into the freezer. Its a good space saver instead of the plastic boxes.

I don't batch cook coz of little freezer space (I only use it for preboiled cereals and meat) and at my current season of life I'm able to cook daily. However, I know that if life got busier I'd invest in a freezer and batch cook food at least weekly.
