Hearing all these things about visualizing, mood board etc from Rosie herself, my god!! It’s like - finally, I’m not a crazy person who’s dreaming all the time and imagining my future the way I want it to be. It’s not becoming true in one day, but it certainly will. We have to believe in ourselves. Thank you so much Victoria for the amazing InTheKnow!! Great move from beauty/fashion blog to practical real-life talk. So inspiring!! Thank you! I found that so interesting!! I have my goals and where I'd like to be/what I'd like to do but the idea of taking the time and visualising I adore! So so glad you're enjoying these lovely :) xx

I WISH at least one of these so "amazing mums" would mention their full-time nannies saying I can sleep all morning because I have an amazing nanny whom takes my kids out,cooks for them,stays up all night with them.whistls I'm socalizing,working out and travelling😒

Thank you, Rosie for saying that as a mother you love your son and you love your work as well. Both make you happy... I have always felt awful that I love my work and it makes me happy but I am a dedicated mum to two as well. We need to hear more of this xxx Excellent interview once again, Victoria. Love the perspectives you get from amazing people. X Oh, I’m an amazing mum and I don’t have any help. And I’m great at my job and working towards furthering my career. And I work with more amazing mums who have help, who don’t have help, and some who do it alone like me. We all are trying our very best with what we have and our children are in the best place. It all looks different but we make it work. It depends on what you want in life and that’s ok.

I think what sets Victoria apart is her education and values. KZread has impacted people so much. And i just realized we all watch KZread so much but most successful KZreadrs are people who weren't succeeding in life before doing dumb things that give you a quick laugh. We need more people like Victoria to spread and convey the true values and inspiration for young people and young girls
