Can i change backup directory? Before back up

i backed up once, again i am opening Itunes it is not showing back up, but back up is there in C drive. What to do?? and if i again want to backup will it overwright it? Please help

Hey I really need help about this. Suppose if i do backup using this itunes. And will it include all photos from that iphone? And if yes then when i restore this backup to my any iphone will it bring all those photos which have been backed up? Hoping the best answer. Love from India

Yes it does compress. If you still have doubts, do it again. See if the process finishes completely. If it does without any errors then you're good.

Hey I just had a question By using this method for backup even my WhatsApp backup will get restored ?? As in all chats and media from whatsapp gets backed up ????

no you need to open the phone and backup the chats on whatsapp

For me, the second I click the device icon near the top to see the summary it says “syncing (step 2 of 4) “ and all the “backup” buttons are grey so I’m guessing the backup has started?

Yes, that is sorta quick backup. To save everything you'll have to do it manually.

Yes you can, but don't rename them. Just create a folder in your HDD and name it as you wish then copy these inside.

Hi, this is just the backup process and it takes a full backup of the device just to restore at a later time when needed. If needed. But unfortunately it’ll not let you see the files and that is something I’ll cover in my upcoming videos … So make sure you stick around by subscribing to the channel. Apparently there's a glitch where it won't work with USB-C connectors, which is dumb. You need the old USB-A.

Try replacing the cable. You can also try using a different USB Port on your Computer.

The problems on iTunes are unimaginable. The worst program I’ve ever used without a doubt!

I wasn't sure if itunes is still around and usable. I thought Apple abandoned itunes years ago since it's so bloated and no one liked it.

what a piece of cr*p is apple , am trying to backup the pics and vids (not my phone , dad's phone) , but at the end you cant access them again when stored on your hd . nice tutorial easy to follow but damn at all the difficulty just to save pics on your hd.

with android you just drag the folder out, no fussing with itunes/etc😌
