Excellent coching about backhand loop. Now I am fully understood the technique because I am realy confused about bat angle. Somebody told me to open the bat to lift backspin. But I am really very comfortable with 45 degree angle. Now I am clear that 45 degree is advance level so what iam doing is quite right . Thank you very much.

I watched most of your lessons and have to say that you are the best teacher! Your own technique is great and you can describe it in detals. Thank you, for sure I'm more confident player now thanks to you.

Very nicely explained about the techniques, contact point, body position and rotation. Backhand topspin against backspin isn't any easy shot to play and requires good technique to play it correctly. You have given good amount of details in this video and all your contents are brilliant and well explained. Good to have English captions to understand your explanation. Very helpful contents. tôi theo dõi nhiều lần video của thầy, chợt nhớ tham gia với thầy như sau: - thầy vẫn làm động tác mẫu, vẫn phân tích các động tác, nhưng thêm 2 động tác :1 - là thầy vẫn quay bình thường như hiện nay, chỉnh băng hình thì cắt tiếng - 2 - là thầy theo dõi băng và thầy thuyết minh lồng tiếng vào, nó như hát nhép,; còn thầy có dùng vicrophon thế nào do phản âm nó cũng thu vào , hơn nữa khi thấy hình thầy nói: - người xem kể cả người điếc họ suy luận ra lời, còn người thích học nghe rõ tiếng lồng như diễn viên điện ảnh . tôi đã từng là hiệu trưởng sắp về hưu do tai nạn vỡ dạn 4 đốt xương sống,tôi xin nghỉ chuyển công tác , tôi cũng đã từng học võ của ông anhtôi hiểu: - lời rất chuẩn, còn động tác của thầy thị phạm chuẩn giáo viên TDTT giỏi.

Em quan sát các video tập luyện của Mã Long thì cú đánh trái tay của siêu sao bóng bàn này sử dụng gần như đều lực của cả hai chân. Bằng cách hạ trọng tậm, khụy gối, Mã Long dùng sức bật của 2 chân để tăng gia tốc cho cú đánh trái. Mã Long khom lưng, hạ vợt tới sát gối (tính vị trí khi khụy gối) và bung vợt rất mạnh.
