You should definitely take progesterone as it will prevent miscarriage

I think there are some miss information here… m 2nd month pregnant and this is my 2nd baby I asked my doctor what are the foods I need to avoid.. he told me that I can eat everything including Papaya,pineapple literally everything except raw foods . And trust me he is one of the best doctor in Guwahati Assam.
