if somebody has property in their name in Dubai and let's suppose if the person died then what will happen with their property? What Dubai Govt will do with it? what is the law for this?

If the deceased is a Muslim sharia law applies and if it’s a non Muslim then they can either have a will in dubai or their home country and that shall be applicable
24:23 Hearing in 3-4 days?? The courts do sometimes give judgement fast. But the judgements are crappy, the judge doesn’t want to hear argument, he connects to his angels in the sky, and write whatever he writes. Most of the times if it involves the authorities(police etc) The judge will not even look at cctv if it’s against the local authority. Many judgements are not appealable also . I was involved in more than 100 cases. The vast majority of the judges did not do the good job that is expected of especially a so called Muslim judge.
