Problem with anti glare glass is, they reduce vision brightness at night such that we can't see pedestrians walking on the left side when a vehicle with high beam approaches on the opposite lane.

There is no such issue in anti glare glass. The yello tinted so called night driving glass has this issue

There is night vision lens from Carl zeius, which reduces brightness of opposite light by 60%. This is only white glass. This very costly.

These polarised or photo chromic or polarised photochromic lenses or various coatings (including blue filter coating) are there for quite a longtime. None of these will protect the driver from glare during night driving. Still more, the suggested Amber or Yellow tinted glasses for night driving is more dangerous because once the glare causing source is passed, the driver will be subjected to momentary dullness in his vision due to the tint of the glasses. This situation is more dangerous.

Very recently my wife bought an amber glass for me... As he said it's diminishing the white light in night roads. I regularly uses sunglasses ( aviator model only) in daytime. This amber glass is more comfortable than daytime sunglasses.

For both day and night driving glare I have tried so many branded lenses then finally found a resolution with Zeiss drive safe model which is very much helpful in driving. It cuts most of the glare and gives a peace of mind in driving without any eye irritation due to glaring.

Boss! The sunlight from windshield on dashboard is reflected on the windshield and during especially around 9am to 10am, evening 3pm to 5pm.i am blinded by the reflection of the dashboard on the windshield, how to avoid this. I have tried many ideas placing black cloth etc, still not solved. Pl do suggest.

avoid using wax on the dashboard when you give the car for service, they don't use the anti-glare type, they use the shiny type. you can use polarised sunglasses too.

I have been using 80rs yellow shades for 6 months for night Driving. Before that i purchased 1300rs Fast-track night glasses and scratches appeared in just 1 month and replacement cost asked was 1800rs😂😂
