I've been going through exactly the same thing. Although I have knocked the ball out of the park with every case I ever touched but still it is really hard for people to believe and get clients or the correct statement would paying clients. Most cases I've won are the cases where I did not even think whether I am getting paid or not.

Sir, if some persons in furtherence common intention committed a crime, if the A-1 outraged modesty of the victim, remaining them indiscriminately beat the husband of victim and inflicted bleeding injuries to him. In the above context all of them are liable for punishment U/sec 323, 354 R/w 34 IPC or A-1 liable for U/sec 354 IPC and remaining of them are liable for U/sec 323 R/w 34 IPC. Please clarify my doubt sir.

Do lawsikho provide any litigation course as seniors highly teach and there is so much financial exploitation involved in the process. Joining a senior without pay in ncr will be heavy on my pocket.

Judges normally don't entertain such petitions where the mandatory compliance like representation to appropriate authority is not done . So as my experience it is not possible that a representation not done but relief sought is granted by any means ... So please share that case number and details Please
