Try to track smaller parts of video, you can cut your layer into multiple part and track that separately for point.

@@Storysium I found a solution , so basically my object was a human and the problem was that the legs where drafting but the body was just fine , so the solution i found is to cut the legs out and put them in a new layer than link them to the video and somehow this a solution

Maybe your video is too long, track to cut the video layer and track a shorter part of the video.

@@Storysium Thanks for the reply, I figured out what the issue was. There is simply too much moving in the video, it is tracking properly it is just that I have to select a video with a subject that does not move as abruptly.

Doesn't work for me. I get "unable to acquire rendered frame" when I apply the 3D Camera Tracker...

This didn’t seem to work for me, I followed the steps and put a photo onto a point and it didn’t track with the point or the point didn’t work and just moved with the camera like it usually would??? Help or something idk? Did I do something wrong, I’m new to the program

when i make my object 3d it disapears???

Be sure you have the tracker effect selected to see the spots. Also try to track shorter parts of the clip if you don't have enough spots.
