I ordered some medallions from treeline for some sticks I intend on giving as gifts. I am going to use BLO for the finish. Should I put the medallions on before or after applying the BLO?

Where do I get extra nails from?

You should be able to get more of these nails at a local hardware store (Home Depot or Lowes). You could also just use Super Glue or Epoxy to attach these to your cane or project.
