Thank you. I think I’ve accidentally astral projected. I’m not good at meditating, but I’ve definitely been in the hypnogognic state, when you defined it, I realized I’ve done it by accident. Now I’m trying to do it on purpose. I even think my dad has accidentally astral traveled as well, years ago.

I really don't use any book materials to communicate with them all that's really needed is there enns which can be found on many of S.Connolly's books or Satan and Sons Demon and demonolatry website is a great reference site for multiple sources. I'm a medium so I just record there correspondences, abilities, etc, and cross reference them with as many source materials I can find. Sometimes I find out a bit more than what's recorded. Enns and their sigils is all you really need to make contact. Hope that helps!

In my experience, they’re much more communicative, and much more direct about it than the gods. The sigil is a big thing to help you, also candles (black or a specific colour associated with the entity). But just repeating the name and something like “come” or “I call you” is often enough. Also, if you aren’t able or don’t have the space to evoke into smoke, a mirror, etc in a circle, invocations are VERY powerful. You have to explicitly allow the demon to use your body to speak for a fixed timeframe.

I haven't done this on a regular basis but when I do it tend to come with Sirian activations. One time I was astral projecting as one of my Sirian higher selves and banished a monster from this house 🙃 FUNNNNNN

ok, so, I've gotten to the point were I feel out of body, but how do I...... see? lmao, this is so specific, but I have a hard time with visualisation, and I'm working on opening my third eye chakra, but I still just can't see. any suggestions? also, what pronouns do you use?

If your meditation time is not up to about 40 to 45 minutes and you still struggle with visualization then I wouldn't astral project just yet you may need a little bit more time. I would suggest doing daily guided visualization meditations until you've got to about 40min in meditation. In my description I do offer my own personal meditation playlist that I have saved on KZread that I use all the time and you're welcome to look at the guided meditations I have on there and I have like every chakra meditation known to man on that playlist.
