I absolutely love this color 😍 i wish i would have bought one like this! To late for that now i done went ahead bought mine offline, And used the videos to set it up. I still had issues with some parts but got everything together within a half of an hour probably. Still had to run out to the store for it

If it's still in warranty and you have the receipt you should take it back and see if they can give you one with a cord.

I wish mine would have came with a power cord

How to open the battery part

You'll need a Philips head screwdriver to open it, it's located on the part of the bar right under the seat.

I have the same one but it has no adapter. Can you tell me why or is there any way to connect with the adapter?

I understand that some are only battery operated but if you can see a place for a power cord you could get this amzn.to/4ewzXuN

We never tried the battery when we had it but we also use rechargeable batteries because of all the baby toys.

Whether it is chargeable or not?

It’s not chargeable. DC connection or battery operated.

mine doesn’t swing, the vibration button does nothing

Have you tried giving it a push to kickstart it? If it's plugged and on and still not working it might be worth getting a replacement or refund.
